Congratulations! So now you have purchased an annual account on AdminJobs.ie

We have answered some general questions to help you get familiar with using your new AdminJobs annual account.

The below questions will help you get the most value from your annual account.

 

CV Search

To Access CV’s click on the link ‘CV Search’ in the purple menu bar running across the top of your account page. You can contact all candidates in this database. By widening your search criteria you are fine-tuning search results. There is also an option to just view recently added CV’s. Leave all criteria blank and click on the ‘Recently Added CV’s’ button at bottom of page. This will show CV’s in database by date added.

 

Job Postings

 

How Do I Post My Job?

 

Click on the blue link ‘ADD NEW JOB’ that appears on your job posting account page. This calls up a blank job posting form, fill in the criteria and click the blue button ‘Submit’ at bottom of form to save.

 

How Long Does My Job Stay Advertised For?

 

A job posting is valid online for a period of 60 days only. Your role will time off the site if not ‘updated’ after 60 days.

All annual account holders have the facility to post up a role at all times, but each posting must be extended manually if you require your role onsite longer than a 60 day posting.

 

I want My Job To Stay Up Longer than The Standard 60 Days or All Year. How Do I do This?

 

We advise all account users to ‘Re-Date’ their job posting regularly. This brings you to the top of the search listings and extends your postings by a further 30 days. To maintain a role up on AdminJobs for a full 12 months, you MUST REGULARILY REDATE your job posting every 30 days.

 

How Do I Re-Date My Job Posting?

 

Log into your account, - tick the check box in the action column on the right hand side of your job posting – beside the hammer icon – then go to the blue button under your job listing and click the ‘Re-Date’ button. You will see now that the age of your job posting will have returned to 0 days old.

 

How Do I Re-Activate An Old Job Posting?

 

Tick the check box in the action column on the right hand side of your required old job posting. – then go to the blue button ‘Enable’ under your job listings and click– then tick the check box in the action column on the right hand side and go to the blue button under your job listing and click the ‘Re-Date’ button. You will see now that the age of your job posting will have returned to 0 days old.

 

Can I Edit My Job?

 

To edit click the hammer icon in the action column on the right hand side of your job posting. This brings up your original job posting form. Edit your job posting and click the blue submit button at the bottom of posting form. 

 

Can I change The Email Address the CV Applications Go To?

 

First you must enter a new email address into your account. Go to the purple menu bar running across the top of your account page and click the link ‘Consultants’. Click the orange link ‘Add New Consultant’ Fill in details and save.

Now you are ready to change the consultant on your job posting. Click the edit hammer icon in the action column on the right hand of your job posting. Scroll down to the bottom of your job posting form beside ‘consultant’ click the drop down option to set it at new consultant. Click ‘Submit’ button to save.

 

How Do I View CV Applications?

 

On your job postings page the ‘information’ icon will appear under the action column when CV applications have been received. To view these CV applications click on the ‘information’ icon (sheets of paper) and you can view full CV applications.

 

I Have Filled The Role I Am Currently Advertising, How Do I Take The Job Down?

 

To disable a role, tick the check box in the action column on the right hand side of your job posting – beside the hammer icon – then go to the blue button under your job listing and click the ‘Disable’ button. This de-activates your role from the site and makes it no longer visible, but a copy will remain stored with CV applications attached in your account.

 

NB* Only use the ‘Delete’ button option if you wish to clear all records of job posting from the system. If you press delete button you will completely wipe off all records of CV applications associated with job posting.
