CV email template to send to possible candidates

In such a very tight market for good IT candidates, we recommend sending below to at least 100 people. As Ireland is such a great country for "knowing someone who knows someone", the person your looking for is probably not looking for a new job, but knows one of the people in our CV database.

It will take approx 1 hour to copy and paste 100 emails but if you land a good candidate, small time invested for a good return for your company.  

  As a final clincher - we suggest offering a "Finder's fee if we hire your referral" eg holiday voucher, case of French wine, iphone, perhaps your products or services?
