Using the CV search is simplicity itself

The AdminJobs.ie CV searchable database is the most active database available to employers for sourcing administration professionals in Ireland.

We have over 1,400 live Admin CVs to search at any given time. If a candidate has not logged into their account in over 120 days their CV is no longer viewable in the searchable database. 

Employers, HR managers and recruitment specialists are sourcing good administration candidates from it.

Here’s how you too can. It’s simple to use, It takes a bit of time, perhaps one hour a week but allows you to target suitable candidates in additions to the applications to your job advertisement.

In your account click "CV search" on the top menu

Enter your search criteria for your suitable candidate. Leaving some search options blank will widen your search results.

You can leave all criteria blank and enter a specialist keyword, perhaps to call up a candidate that may have worked for a competitor.

The site will give you a results page with a list of candidates and a brief profile of each.

Candidate profiles describe their preferred industries, locations and salary along with a facility for a description of their skills.

Click on the link View CV to access full details

To start a fresh search - just select "Clear the form and start search again" under the "search" button - bottom of screen, and enter new search.

Please remember that the CV's you see are candidates who wish to be called about jobs – that’s why their CV's are there so don't be shy.

To view recently added CV’s leave all CV search criteria blank and click the large button ‘Most recently logged in candidates’

We suggest initially spend 1 hour sourcing and then go back every week to see if any additional candidates are suitable.
