Successful Interviews
Preparation is the key to successful interviews. Do your research; it shows interest, initiative and enthusiasm for the position and company. There are several information sources open to you:

Your recruitment consultant will have information on the company - you should ask about culture, company size, when they were established etc.

Search for recent press releases and their annual report

Be fully familiar with the job spec
