GENERAL PRIVACY STATEMENT

AdminJobs.ie stores information about all our users in two ways, (a) aggregated  and (b) by the personal profile details users input into our database.

Aggregate Information

AdminJobs.ie tracks user traffic and activity through log files on our server.  This enables us to monitor traffic on our website, e.g. where users are coming  from - advertising campaigns of search engines or links, whether pages in the  sites are of interest to users and how long users stay in the site and how  often they visit. This information is gathered from the log files and used in  aggregate form, not on an individual basis.

Personal and company details

The second type of information stored on our servers is directly inputted by  members of the AdminJobs.ie site. We give the user different levels of privacy  from which to choose, giving them control of who sees their information and  what level of service they wish to avail.

The first step in this is the Registration process

During registration a user gives contact information (such as name and email  address). We use this information to contact the user about services on our  site for which an interest in has been expressed. It is optional for the user  to provide more specific information, but encouraged so we can provide a more  personalised experience on our site. A user may store their personal profile and CV on our database and not allow it  be searchable. This allows a user to apply online and send their CV through  AdminJobs.ie for a chosen job posting, but does not allow other potential  employers & recruiters to have access to their profile through our  database.

Anonymity

A user can allow their details to be searchable without disclosing their name,  address or contact details. Simply upload a profile with no name and a generic  email address.

Job Alert – Jobs by Email

The Job Alert service automatically alerts Admin professionals registered for  this service about job vacancies on the AdminJobs.ie web site that match their  criteria. The service requires you to disclose your email address and job  preferences in your profile account. Details collected via the Job Alert  service remain active for a period of 120 days from the time you last saved  details. After this period the details will expire but your account remains  active but any services you may have signed for will be suspended until you  next log in.
